1. Processing time

All study materials, notes, etc. except digital products are printed to order hence a processing time of     2-3 working days are needed to ship the products 

2. Delivery Method 

We use reputed courier like xpressbees & delhivery to ship your orders, typically delivered between 3-6 days depending upon your location.

3. Digital products

If you have ordered a digital product then links to access your product will be sent to your email within     24 hours.

If you encounter any issues accessing your purchase, please contact us immediately.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Since the products are made to order hence orders cannot be cancelled after they are processed.                 If you received a damaged or different product than your order we will replace it for free.
