ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Since our products are made to order, returns are not accepted due to the nature of the items.

However, if you receive a damaged item, an incomplete order, or a wrong item, we will gladly replace it free of cost.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a replacement, please follow these steps:

  2. Once your replacement is authorized, you will we'll ship a new order at your address.

REFUNDS

In case of unavailability or if, due to any unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to process your order, we will issue a full refund.

You will receive the credited amount to your original mode of payment within a few business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

EXCHANGES
